Brenda is the Owner/Broker of Appalachian Realty Executives, LLC. She has been a full time agent in the Southwest Virginia real estate business for over a decade. She has also been licensed in Tennessee for the past 7 years. She works with both buyers and sellers in residential, land, and commercial real estate. Brenda has a certificate in Real Estate and has also completed both residential and commercial appraisal classes, with additional training in REO and Short Sales. She has prepared broker's price opinions on residential, commercial, and vacant land properties for various lenders and management companies for many years. Prior to entering the real estate business, Brenda worked as a draftsperson in the land department for local coal and land development companies and engineering firms. She worked specifically with land holdings and ownership, boundary disputes, land development, preparation and maintenance of accurate survey plats. This experience has been a valuable tool in the real estate business.
Brenda was born in Lee County, VA and has been married to local pharmacist, Dr. Chester Hill for over 35 years. They have lived on a small farm in Lee County near Big Stone Gap for over 24 years. They have two children, Kenneth E. Hill, an attorney in Kingsport, TN and April Hill Williams, a pharmacist in Knoxville, TN. They also have a granddaughter, Caroline Hill.
